Key Data Stats:

  • Total age down by 5.9% from last month
  • Average parcel age - 221 days, down from 235 last month
  • Average county age248 days, down from 310 last month
  • 193k new parcels added online since last month

Updated Puerto Rico Data - We recently were able to get updated data from April 2020 for Puerto Rico. We refreshed our existing data last week and is available for download now.
